This page explains what happens to the information you share with us through the "Request a change" chat on this site. We keep it short and honest.

What we collect — and only when you press "Send"

If you complete the chat and press Send my request, we receive what you typed: your name, your email or phone, your website address (if given), and your request. We also run an anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile). Nothing is sent to us until you press Send.

Your draft stays in your browser

As you answer, your in-progress answers are saved in your browser tab (session storage) so a refresh doesn't lose them. This draft never leaves your device until you press Send, clears when you finish, and expires within a day. Please don't type passwords or card numbers.

Why we collect it

Only to handle your request and reply to you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing.

Where it's stored

Submitted requests are stored securely on Cloudflare and are visible only to the operator. We minimise what we keep (for example, we never store your raw IP address).

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time — just reply to us or email hub4apps@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
